Shipping policy

How Fast Do We Ship

We make every attempt to ship your order 1 day after it has placed, but it may be as much as 2 business days. We do not ship on Sundays or on major holidays. We will use the shipping address information you provide with your order so please make sure it is correct. Elk Eye Coffee, LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and the customer may be responsible for any additional fees incurred to get your package to the correct address.

Our Freight Forwarders

Our shipping is setup via FedEx, UPS, and USPS though we may ship using any other carrier at our discretion. We are also closed during major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and any order received just before or during these holidays will be shipped on the next business day.  

Currently we only ship inside the Continental US at this time.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been scheduled to ship. If you do not receive this email please contact us. Elk Eye Coffee, LLC is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and we do not guarantee arrival times.
